Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph and details of the concern. We will always do our best to resolve the matter, whether that is through a replacement or a partial refund, at our discretion.

Please note that flowers are a natural product and variations in colour, size, and variety are to be expected. Seasonal substitutions may be made where necessary, but the overall style and value of your arrangement will always be maintained.

For event and wedding flowers, any concerns must be raised on the day of delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights
